ABLE4WORK App Privacy Policy

PROBENS, together with the partners of the ERASMUS project + 2020-1-ES01-KA226-VET-096058 ABLE4WORK (SEA-TEACH, DANMAR, KNOWL, MULTITUDE, UNNAKOLLEGE) created the application A BLE4WORK of integration pathways for young people, as an application free. This SERVICE is provided by the consortium of project entities at no cost and is designed to be used as is.

This page is used to inform visitors of our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone chooses to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information we collect is used to improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed from this same page, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Email Address, Country, Organization (optional). The information we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. You can at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your data, by sending an email to probens@probens.org.

Content contributed to the app by members

The app allows verified members to create their own text posts and share that content through the app with other users. In this Agreement, we refer to all such User-Provided Content as “User Content.”

We do not claim any ownership interest in your User Content, but we do need the right to use your User Content to the extent necessary to provide the Application and Services to users, including to display your User Content in the manner requested by you. to operate. In order for us to make the User Content you contribute available on the Application for these purposes, and to operate, market and promote the Service, we need the right to make use of such User Content in accordance with and subject to this Agreement. For example, if you write a Post or leave Comments, we need your license to display that User Content on the Services, and we need the right to sublicense that User Content to our other users so that they can view that User Content.

Therefore, by contributing User Content to the Application or creating it in the Application, you automatically grant us an irrevocable, perpetual (except as provided in this Agreement), non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, royalty-free (except as set forth in this Agreement), worldwide license, by ourselves or with others, to use, copy, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, print, publish, republish, extract (in whole or in part), reformat, translate, modify, revise, and incorporate into other works, that User Content and any derivative works of that User Content, in any form of media or expression, in the manner in which the Service permits the User Content to be used, in accordance with all applicable laws, and to license or permit others to do so. Our rights under this license survive the termination of this Agreement or your account.

Our rights to “modify, adapt, translate, and create derivative works from” are necessary because the normal operation of the Services does this with your User Content when you process it for use on the Services. This license also grants us the right to sublicense that User Content to other users to enable their use of that User Content.

If you contribute User Content to the Application, it is your responsibility to check the Application from time to time to review how we allow the User Content to be used. You may, at any time, by written notice, terminate your use of the Application and this Agreement.

You represent and warrant that (a) you are the sole owner, author, and copyright owner of the User Content you contribute to the Application or have written permission from the author, owner, or copyright owner to place such User Content made available on the Service as “User Content”, and (b) such User Content does not infringe any third party rights (including, without limitation, copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, other proprietary rights intellectual, moral rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights); (c) such User Content complies with this Agreement and does not contain any defamatory, libelous or obscene material; (d) such User Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation, or contain false statements or misrepresentations; and (e) you have the written consent, release and/or permission of any and all identifiable individual persons, or the owner/author of any object or work in such User Content to use the name or likeness of any and each of those identifiable and to enable the inclusion and use of such User Content in the manner contemplated by the Service and this Agreement.

Registration data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the event of an error in the application, we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, application settings when you use our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and are stored in the internal memory of your device.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the application may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve its services. You have the option to accept or reject these cookies and know when a cookie is sent to your device. If you choose to reject our cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of this Service.

Children’s Privacy

These Services are not directed to persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. In the event that we discover that someone under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action.
