ABLE4WORK App Terms and Conditions

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you; therefore, you must ensure that you read them carefully before using the application. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the application, and you may not attempt to translate the application into other languages or make derivative versions of the application. The application itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, are still owned by the ABLE4WORK project consortium of entities.

PROBENS (+ PARTNERS) is committed to ensuring that the application is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app, at any time and for any reason.

The ABLE4WORK app stores and processes the personal data you have provided to us in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the application secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malware, compromise your phone’s security features, and could mean that the ABLE4WORK app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things for which PROBENS+PARTNERS is not responsible. Certain features of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but PROBENS+PARTNERS cannot be held responsible for the fact that the application does not work with all its features if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and/or if you have exhausted your data mapping.

If you are using the app outside of a Wi-Fi enabled area, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the application or other third party charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including data roaming charges if you use the Application outside of your home territory (ie, region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer of the device you are using the app on, please note that we assume you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.

In the same way, PROBENS+PARTNERS cannot always assume responsibility for the way you use the application, that is, you must ensure that your device remains charged, if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to use the Service, PROBENS +PARTNERS cannot accept any liability in this regard.

Regarding the responsibility of PROBENS+PARTNERS for your use of the application, when you use it, it is important to note that, although we strive to ensure that it is up to date and correct at all times, trust third parties to provide us with information to that we can make it available to you. PROBENS+PARTNERS does not accept any responsibility for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying completely on this functionality of the application.

At some point, we may want to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS: the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems to which we decide to extend the availability of the app) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the app. PROBENS+PARTNERS does not promise that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the version of Android and iOS that you have installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when they are offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the Application and may stop using it at any time without notice to you of termination. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the application and (if necessary) delete it from your device.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, you are encouraged to check this page periodically for changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
